Looks OK to me, I'd list it.

Some people might have a problem with those HPA/FPA ads that appear to have clickable thumbs in them.

Some of the images on this ad might get mistaken for thumbnails by some surfers. Some LL don't like that, ask Cleo :D

Unlink the part of the ads that look like clickable thumbs and you will be fine.

You might also want to unlink to the title of the site. That is a 100% decline for me, I consider it the blindest link.

I would list it with the HPA with the thumbs. I like to think my surfers a smarter then the average bear and know what is a banner and what is a thumb.

Although, here's a little tip, for your consideration:

You might want to reconsider your banner choices. Your site's content features a blonde while most of your banners have brunette chicks on them.

In my opinion it's usually best to target your banner links & sponsor tours to match the niche of your content.
