Don't see any major problems. You made a mistake with the url in the top text link on the index page so it goes 404. I would also consider using a mouseover on your sponsor links to hide the affiliate code, looks more reassuring to the surfer that way. Otherwise I'd say it looks good.

I am still learning but it looks fine to me. I would however change one thing. I wouldn't send exits to Google. Why give them any traffic. I think topbucks (and likely others sponsors) have non-adult products sites to which you can send someone not wishing to go to your free site. I learned this trick from GG!

Art is right though...no sense in sending your exits to google. Get something non adult to put in there. There are other options :)

But I see that you have no section in your site.
