Sure, but if you do all text recips make them look the same, so that all-sex-links one should look like the others.

Also keep any title tags intact :)

that's ok for me - just make sure you use the the right links provided on each recip

I think it looks better to have all text, and when they look the same, font, ect.

If you want to maximize your chances of getting listed then use the receips offered by the site. Having said that, many sites now offer an HTML based recip which costs less for you to host. If not available then use their .gif file and avoid any image that is hardcore. Some lists will not accept your submission if ANY of the recips are hardcore.
