To Linkster

Hi, mate.

Will you take much longer to "clean the database"?
I miss the traffic :)

Bert - LOL - Im working as hard as I can - there seems to be an additional complication that is taking a few extra days to deal with - Im having to pull all the submits from people that have taken down their free sites for the 2257 issue - which is evidently quite a few - but I am looking thru for my "trusted submitters" to try to get them up as quickly as possible :)

That was obviously a joke bert.

Am I that transparent? (this was a joke too)

On a serious note tho, I too want to have Linkster's submission form back open. I never had a chance of submitting my stuff there as he was allready closed when I seriously start submitting freesites.

You will enjoy the traffic and, besides, linkster is a nice guy, one you can actually talk to, discuss problems, etc.

To my suprise (I said this in other threads) submitting freesites brought a change in good compared to submitting mgps. One of the major reasons being the one you just mentioned: the LL owners are usually really nice guys. I would just reply a rejection email and not will I only get a straight honest answer as to why it was rejected, but also good advice on how to avoid it in the future. They took their time and usually wrote detailed replyes too. Very, very nice.

Thus I'm sure Linkster is also a pretty stand up guy, considering he's running one of the more successfull LLs around. I don't think you could do something like that w/o valuing your submitters and assisting in their problems. The reason I'm saying this is b/c one day I will probably run my own LL too (after I've accumulated enough knowledge) and I'm planning to do just that as well.

Thanks for the encouragement bert, let's hope my sites will get good enough to get liste by linkster by the time the submit form is back on.

One of the many perks of posting at boards such as this and getting your name/reputation out there |thumb

I know many business people in other industries, and they are all of the mentality that you need to shit on people to advance. For all the misconceptions about this biz, I don't think you'll find any other industry prepared to help out each other as much as this one, nor look out for each other as much.
