Question about blacklist

My Domain privatescene.com is blocked on http://bl.usefulscripts.com/blocked/.

Reason: Hq host

What this mean?
What me to do to remove blocked status?

As long as you're on Hq host you'll probably stay up there, this host has a history of listing CP and other crap like that

You must change hosting provider.

Most LLs don't allow freehosts.

That includes sponsor hosts - I think that host is getrightcash's free hosting? Probably when the spider picked up hqhost as the domain registrar it put that in the BL - but it would have been blacklisted for using sponsor free hosting anyway
