geo redirecting
 

Hello guys,
I am just creating my own small link list. but since I host my sites at a german server I could get into legal troubles for publishing porn. So I thought about redirectinng german traffic to an age verification system, before they'll be able to enter my site.

Do you guys think that this solution is ok or could I get into trouble with other LL owners?

Hi DrBob,

I think that the laws in your country prohibit to HOST pornography in german servers, so redirecting german traffic isnt a right sollution. Why dont you want to host your LL on the USA host?

If your government doesn't allow you to do something, either LEAVE THE COUNTRY or QUIT THE BUSINESS.

Geo re-directing for this stuff is just going to get you into bigger trouble, because when they catch you, they will also be able to show you tried to avoid detection.

Really. Quit now. Avoid going to jail.

Heyho Cheeseman,
if you save adult stuff here with an age verfication system everything is ok. If Germans tried to enter my site, they would have to put in the id of their passport to access the page.
