Converting arabic text to Unicode

I have this problem.

I have a WORD-file with arabic text in it and have to import it into a HTML file. I know I should convert the arabic text to unicode first before the HTML page shows it correct, my question is, how do I encode this arabic text into Unicode.

Any help would be appreciated :)

My editor Adobe GoLive does this by choosing Change Encoding from the edit menu but other then that I have no idea.
