Spacash, you might want to look at customer languages perferences before you make such a choice for them, just because I happen to be in Montreal doesn't make me by default a french person, no more than a quick trip to Tokyo would make me japanese.

It would be helpful to not only GeoIP the situation, but to look at the browser settings as well.
