How to become licenced submitter on Danger Dave?

I was out of biz for a couple of months, i am tryin to find mail or some form to aplay for licensed submitter,but i cant

I have to fly to Australia each month to mow DangerDave's land in order to have an account with him. It's a bit of a hassle but getting to feed the kangaroos while I'm there makes it all worthwhile.

Send me $1,000,000 via paypal and I'm sure I could convince him to give us both accounts. :D That's the best idea I've got, since I've never heard of any other method that works. Word on the street is that DD is "invite only."
