Rant - Hotmail & Messenger can go to HELL

Well here's my rant. I officially hate microsoft.

I use MSN Messenger (well should say I used too) and I started having problems with it. A few months back I just couldn't sign in to my account and get my email nor sign into messenger. I was getting bad password or username doesn't exist. Well, no way my password was bad. Either way, I emailed support. Got a few suggestions. Nothing worked. So I sucked it up, made a new account, and started using that one. What happens next, oh it just stops working can't sign in again......

So I email support again. What do they do? Send me the same suggestions as before to fix the problem. Does it work? Ofcourse not.

So I fire off another email to support, and another "support agent" sends me the exact same response. Here comes the even better part. 2 more (different) tech support people, send me the same answers again!!!!

On to the present, I make another account, sign in fine, just back from vacation, ofcourse, can't sign in again.

Email support, and let the cycle begin again |satan|

That's my rant. I have honestly never been so frustrated with a company for such shitty support.

Been using mine since 99 never had 1 problem. I use trillian as a client. I am more likely to believe that you screwed up your u/p somehow(maybe someone who has access to your pc changed it) considering it's the 3rd time you have had a problem in a 3 month period, or whatever your definition of a few months is.

I also don't know if this thread belongs in general business knowledge.
