You got that right. The constitution and bill of rights is suppose to protect us from the power of the government and the majority.

Not under this administration.

On the flip side, under a democracy government activities are suppose to be transparent so the electorate knows what is going on.

Not under this administration. They yap like hell when the congress wants records of cheney and his corporate friends writing our energy policy.
