Please make sure you read the updated rules - they are highlighted however I guess most people skipped over that part - I've added a sponsor or two we will not accept content or advertising from - which includes free sites submits. Also emphasized the requirement to be a preferred submitter although thats been in the rules for quite some time. And before I get barraged with PMs - if youre currently getting listed you are already a preferred submitter :)
