Good Morning
My truck is supposed to be done today at Rhino and I have a new winch to install for pulling my bikes on the bed. All this just so I can bring both of them to Buffalo next month.

I also have an "easy" to install car handsfree bluetooth cell phone device to install. Since today is supposed to be the hottest of the year, why not do it today? :)

Oh yeah, this weekend is the GreatAmericanIrishFestival in a local town so...we are going to that. I will probably be scarce this weekend.

It's incredibly hot here - even worse than usual - over 85 in the house yesterday with the a/c going full blast. Step outside, and immediately you're drenched in sweat. I started getting my shit in order to run my stats on Monday - found a couple of sponsors that I forgot about that owe me a lot of money, so I'll be hunting them down today to see why I haven't been paid (since Oct 04 in one case)

Other than that, I'll be doing my normal crap all day & wondering why Jim's coming to visit me next month |couch|

About 4:30 this morning I got awaken by planes and helicopters flying low over my neighborhood for over a hour. I still have no idea why but it was kind of scary not knowing what was going on. I did turn on the TV to see if there was anything in the news but still nothing so I have no idea what was up.

If the weather stays nice I may go to the beach for a bit and I need to go to to grocery store but other then that I will be around working in my office.

Espresso and oatmeal is on.

After 4 days of struggling with upgrading my old mac to G4 I am almost done, yay. :)

I went to the beach. It's like 1000 degrees there.

Read a few more PHP chapters. I love the names that things are given like cyrpt and salt. Never knew that adding the -c flag to htpasswd would create a new file. Seasons was kind of interesting. Next time at the beach I move on to chapter 16 Communicating With The Web Server.

I did some reading on grid computing, High availability, distributed processing, Coda and AFS (I can't believe I know one of the authors of this due to me playing with UUCP in the late 80s), and Xen along with some other stuff -- however, I wasn't at the beach.

I have a direct neural link to the webserver, so, I will skip chapter 16.

I cant believe its still Tuesday.. is this day ever gonna end.. my ass is really sore from sitting here all day... be worth it if I would have gotten some work done but I've done nothing!
