Unfortunatelly Manowar, both programs you suggested me have those copy & paste TOS with paragraph about not accepting Czech webmasters. As usually I lowly asked them for an exception, we will see. Sometimes I wish I live in Botswana, Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe or Iraq or Iran, because these countries are not banned.
