Well isn't unsolicited emailing illegal in California?

I have not received any spam, but they did send me some snail mail, junk mail telling me the same shit, along with a few press releases.

Well you know where to send it. Try every Anti Spam organisation you can think of.

Hmm.. just got one to a Yahoo email address I am not using often but it was in a provider's database... I forwarded it to the addy above, thanks for posting it.
I have never dealt with video nor edited one being an 56 modem user to April 2003, this is real weird.

If you do not have videos or connection to videos it's harrassment. Send it to www.spamcop.com as well.

To the one who tried to square out things and misunderstandings at GFY if you know what I mean.

A lot of people register on my site as markham@theirsite to spot the spam and where it came from. some must have registered with addresses unique to one place. It will be final prof where this list came from.

And it is old web based addy I am checking once a week so it is evident unfortunately.

I do not think it will stick... as much as I wish it would. The definition is not about legal notices, or collection of debts etc which is how they will explain the email. They are not advertising as much trying to collect money from people who are using there program (their intent not mine)

As used in this section, "unsolicited e-mailed documents"
means any e-mailed document or documents consisting of advertising
material for the lease, sale, rental, gift offer, or other
disposition of any realty, goods, services, or extension of credit
that meet both of the following requirements:
(1) The documents are addressed to a recipient with whom the
initiator does not have an existing business or personal
relationship.
(2) The documents are not sent at the request of, or with the
express consent of, the recipient.
