What year did you first encounter internet porn?
 

I'm just curious about this one. Did anyone manage to find any internet porn before 1995?

Yes, it been around since the beginning of the internet. It was on BBS's before that. I first came into contact with it in 1980 doing an Archie on a University lookup.

Hmm internet porn. I think it had to be right around when I got my first dialup account, around 91-92.
A year or so after that me and a friend said that we should start selling porn on the internet, too bad we never did :(

I starting visiting adult chat rooms around 1996, I *think,* but that doesn't really count as "porn." I know I started on the 'net as an erotica writer in 1997.

I hate the "addicted to porn" stooges and the evangelicals that try to use them to prove their idiotic points.

The guy should get counseling because he can't control his own behavior and he has no one to blame it on but himself.

The evangelicals once had a pet stooge who watched an "R" rated movie and went in and r*p*d his 13 yr old step daughter...and blamed the movie. The ultimate in "I'm not responsible for anything I do."

I guess I'm a late bloomer. I had never been on the Internet at all until 2000. Like most people my first search (once I learned what a search engine was) was "sex". :D

Newgroups, around '93 or so.

Downloaded my first net porn from BBS's in 89 - took forever to get a single picture. Remember gif porn? ;-}

Then, when I owned a bbs, I had a little section for porn downloads- nothing compared to the bigger pro bbs with their banks of CD-rom drives with porno for downloading.

Then newsgroups. I thought newsgroups were all the internet porn there was until about 96.

I believe we got a net connection at home in 96 or 97 either way the first sites I remember frequenting were link-o-rama and carolcox!

I was told this new internet thing wasn't for kids and that I was never to use it. This was 1994. So, I skipped school as I usually did once a week and dialed up to the local ISP for the first time. Netscape v. 0.4 beta (or something like that) loaded up and i came to the infoseek or excite homepage. I typed in 'playboy' or 'penthouse', forget which. Then after that I probably searched for 'aliens', 'area 51', and maybe more porn. hell, the service was so slow I was probably still content with the bra section of the Sears catalog. That's why its so funny to me now that I was oblivious to the fact that later on when I discovered Tommy's and Greenguy's sites I would be building my own, submitting to them free sites, and reading their posts at message boards.

I believe it was way back when I was 14 - 1997. :D One of my friends found this site with chicks sticking giant things in their asses, something akin to Extreme Hole. I'd always had porn around when I was growing up in the form of my father's magazine collection, just nothing as "whoa!" as a girl putting a champagne bottle in her butt.
