Gallery ripped off - WHAT TO DO?
 

Looking through my counter stats today I found a page which isn't mine - and then again: it is mine! ...just not on my domain!

I've seen many attempts to cheat, but thisone really buffles me:

My page on oh-porn.com appears as a 100% copy on an URL (careful - I don't know if safe to visit!) http://www.blondetibabe.com/hairy/55/pichunter.html - nothing has been changed (except links to image directories), not even the referral codes to my sponsor!

I'm at a loss!
I really don't know what to do!

Contact PicHunter (don't even know if it's listed there, or another dubious TGP), or contact the sponsor?

The whois looks like one of those 1,000s of fake whois-entries:

and the code in IE (not in Modzilla - ??? |dizzy| ) shows only a zero-sized frame:
Any idea what to do about this?
What do they want to archive with this (other then re-direct at a later stage)?

They didn't change the affiliate code because they probably don't plan on leaving it up. As soon as it's listed enough placed they're going to redirect.
Tell Pichunter and don't sweat it to much. It happens all the time.

It does happen all the time and there's not a lot you can do about it other then notify the tgps. They're doing this at more places then just the 3 tgps you see http://www.blondetibabe.com/hairy/55/ obviously they have a lot of mirrors.

Actually, I had this happen to me before, but not including referrer code and counter code!

It's not listed on PicHunter or 3Pic (3rd recip, picXS, is mine) - and I doubt they would even get a password at either of the sites, at least not with gallery templates which are obviously mine... The one directory below, 54, is a gallery ripped of from Brian/JesusLovesPorn, also a well-known submitter

In the meantime I have written about it to Chris from ATK. Just want to keep my name clean.

WOAH. When I clicked on that link, MCAFEE said there was a virus! Watch out!

George, a good 90% of cheaters have one thing in common... this in their whois...

They use the pichunter name to apply for accounts at other tgps, using your gallery and codes to get approved. Your codes are most probably not on anyones blacklist so the cheater gets his partner accounts thanks to you. I have dealt with Tom (3xtom) a lot with pichunter and we are always adding these people to our blacklists and Tom makes sure they do not get pichunter accounts. I will pass this message on to Tom if he hasnt seen it yet. I know we cant stop them all but when we catch one like this, its almost like winning the lottery :) I said almost haha.
