Anyone have a check bounce from PC?
 

Well on that other board I post on there, is a WM complaining about them bouncing their check. Hum interesting. That must be some Porsche.

I have NEVER had a problem cashing their checks & I feel safe saying that if one check bounced, it was probably an error.

As far as I know, I had no complaints from any of the 1000's of webmasters that we are paying. So please send me an email with the URL to that board, I would like to check it out and see if this is true, so that I could help that webmaster.

juggernaut - this is the 2nd time that you've thrown Pussy Cash under the bus with very questionable concerns...especially since you are competing with their program.

Im not throwing them anyplace. I think they are throwing themselves with their business practice but hey thats their choice. Constantly reducing payments from hard working people to pay for a porsche is just as shitty as it gets. Would they like it if someone started taking their money? Just cause they have a good rep with WM and paying them still dont make them a good company. I think they are shit bags for how they treat their hosts and I think I have made that clear in the past. Completeing program or not, treat people like you want to be treated. Whats ever happened to fair business practices? By the way its bed time for me so do me a fav an dont lock out my account here while Im sleeping.

Like many other webmasters my eyes popped open when i saw the 100 dollar sign up offer.
Yes I had my suspicions that it was to good to be true but i thought what the heck..they have a good reputation and are major players. I sent all my good traffic there and my traffic is worth more than gold to me. My cheque arrived, i paid it into my bank and i was a happy bunny...

That was 2 months ago.

I have just returned from my bank, they have investigated where my money is and regret to inform me that it has been unpaid due to lack of funds.

IMLIVE DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY THEIR BILLS!!!

So a cautionary tale...if it sounds to good to be true..ITS A SCAM

And to round this off...my bank have also charged me for the bounced cheque. So ive lost out twice. Imlive....I hope you read this...I hope lots of webmasters read this.
I can absorb the money ive lost...its no problem. And to be honest it was worth losing the money so I can tell others what a bunch of crooks you are.

And yes I do have proof.



Its under the complaints section and I have always been able to read everything their when not logged in. Just not post as normal.

WOw i just logged out and I see that section does not show on her forum anymore for unlogged users. I dont know what to tell you then but its there.

Fixed now. Don't know what's happening today -- every !@#$ thing you can imagine is going wrong today. A whole table disappeared from the database for that forum for no apparent reason.

Anyway, register now works again and you can see that message and like I said in my reply there, imlive has always been 100% ok with checks for me.

I'm just gonna let Adam handle it, but my guess is that it was an error & instead of doing the right thing & going to the sponsor, this person decided to make it public.

Well I will come out and say that after the past few hours. Let me apologize to Adam. I should have known better. Regardless of what I think of your company, I do have a great respect for what it has built up to be in the past few years and for that I commend you and the staff. I did ask this person to post their proof on the other board. If it’s a good or bad thing, I really should not say. But it's always been my thoughts that if someone is going to toss shit, they should back it up. Well this person has not posted any proof but it is still early in the day. I did see they added me on yahoo to their list but have not contacted me yet. But 1 check does not make a bad company. And GG I never have bounced one, in fact my FICA score is 810 because I’m an anal fuck when it comes to money. I never missed a bill in 15 years. But either way Adam you may be wondering why I seem to have it out for your company. Well its not that we are running same programs. Hell I could not compete on your level and have stated that in the past. In fact my camsite is failing as of now, and I fully understand your % payouts, why you are paying those levels and the issues you deal with on a day to day basis that come with it. But my issue with your company goes back 2 years ago and as small as this seems I'm sure Hony will back me up on this as I have been very vocal about this on her site. My wife used to work your site, and she is a big earner. She’s not one of the girls who make a cam company 10k a year. More like 50k. Well she was totally shut out from your site when she questioned a chargeback. No reasoning behind it, the tech just deleted her account and mailed out her remaining check when she asked to see proof. I too work with CCBill and I'm sure you know they show you all the reasons for a chargeback. So when a camsite tells a host they have one and then proceed to take the hosts $$ all the while it's CCBill's policy to hold back 5% of every transaction for CB it would seem in my eyes that after 6 months maybe the host should either receive the 5% that CCBill sends back to the site or at least should see the text reason of the CB. It's my personal opinion that allot of sites use this CB as a scam, to fund other programs or just to make extra $$ at the end of the month. Some may not see it as a big deal but many of these girls come from 3rd world countries where a simple $30 CB in one month is a big deal. Over time that adds up. My wife was able to pay her entire electric bill for $60 for the year in RO. The average pay per year in that country is $2000, so give a RO host 4 or 5 CB at $30 each and it becomes an issue. So you can see how this can affect some girls. I'm not trying to be a defender of these hosts. I just think that fair is fair. And many of these girls go threw a ton of shit every day, minute, hour of those days just to make a buck, with no support from the sites that they are making the buck for. The old saying in the states, treat your employees well and they will go to great lengths to work for you. Who consistently side with the paying customer with complaints. Anyway this is one long post and I won’t waste much of your time anymore. How you run your business is just that, your business. I wish you the best of luck. Jugg.

As far as I know we have never closed an account just for asking a question, no matter how much we like that question or not. For every CHB that we have received from an end user we have a confirmation, but you can understand the fact that we can't really show it to all the hosts, after all we are not going to give the user info to the hosts. If someone has done a CHB we will block his account and he will be added to the black list that the hosts have access too, so unless someone really created a CHB there is no reason for us to say so (we will be using all the future payment from that user) Please send me your wife username on ImLive and I'll checkout for you why her account was closed.

I do know of a sponsor that had several checks bounce in July and it was a banking error. Shit happens all the time.

Ok well the screen name was something like HotLovly don’t remember the exact spelling as it was a long time ago and much has happened in our lives since then. Like a shit load of fucking being we are newly married and my wife is smoking hot. Anyway the e-mail addy was surly nickysid2003@yahoo.com

If memory serves me correctly she had contacted one of the support people asking about the CB and some proof and got no place. I remember after playing e-mail ping pong for a few days asking for proof and getting no place, I had to search around for the company, most of the search turned up, pissed off people who were getting spammed at the time. But that did give good info as much of their efforts proved a useless as mine, but the info from everyone all ended up going back to some BS Suite addy in Miami FL. I found different phone # threw a military friend, from the one that was listed on the site and when called was told no one at all was at that number pertaining to your company. Then my military friend sends me the doc with the info on it and well who the hell knows. I can’t control anyone over the phone or make them admit who they are but the address came out of Israel.
After all this I then had to threaten via e-mail with my lawyer in order to get the check. I don’t think it was a large check but for me at that time it was a matter of principle after the BS and run around.
As far as your comment on showing hosts the money you make. Well me personally I don’t see an issue with it. They are constantly thinking they are getting ripped off anyway. Maybe showing them the payout %'s all around would shut them up. That can be done threw a simple ccbill cvs download and the customers info could be cleared out with a simple bat file. Whole process might take a few hours at first but after it’s done, the next time would take a few minutes. But hey that’s me and how I am. Like I said before, it's your business and you run it how you see fit. Ray.

You should check to see if you are running the latest version of phpBB. There has been a number of serious hacks made available some of which can allow an intruder to gain root access to your server.
