Watch out for the new worm

I called UPS thrice yesterday, computers were all jammed up there.

NEW YORK - A new computer worm has hit users of Microsoft Windows 2000 around the world and is affecting some of the United States' largest corporations, from General Electric to UPS.

Yeah and symantec has a very big update as of yesterday. Check your updates. I forgot mine was set to update every week from the new reload, same with the wives, did an update and lots of defs came down.
Ponyman who ever told you that is a moron and dont listen to them again. Basicly the entire internet is 1 huge network. If it infects a computer then it infects it. A virus could care less how the thing is connected.

Unless you're blocking network connections by using a seperate firewall you ARE locally connected to the world. Microsoft integrated the LAN functions just like they integrated the browser.
