Good luck with the real estate! You ought to make a killing. My dad had a house built for around $215,000 (In Clermont, FL) and now four months later a lessor house across the street lived in for a year already sells for $315,000! It's crazy....

Funny you mention Clermont as my best friend moved there. Your Father is a neighbor of my bussy if he's in Legends.

He got the house for $224k 18 mos ago. The house next door is on the market for $412k. It's the same model with not as many upgrades.

Between $200-$250k is still the overall % leader in terms of overall sales, but certain pockets have gone up nearly 100% in the past 18 mos.

BTW, I also got a PM from someone who wants the 'severe' domains.

So, not sure what to do.

Maybe I'll have a "pick a number" thing. LOL.

I have a newbie project coming up, I won't keep any of them I'll just give them to the newbies with the software allready installed.

In his area they just built a new school about three blocks away so I think it had something to do with it too.

But it is definately crazy. I hear stories all the time about people justing putting up a sign and selling on the first day. I'm on the Atlantic side myself, and it is just as lucrative with the condo and hotel market.

The domains, nah, that's okay, go ahead and give it to them. I should work with what I have anyways! ;) lol

Nice career move AW. But how long till the bubble bursts? Not to be a party pooper, just something to think about. When this overheated real estate market drops (i.e when intrest rates start rising significantly) you will find it hard to find buyers for the flood of homes that will come onto the market. Dont let the windfall of money you make over the next year blind you into thinking it will never end.

Stever- yeah...I'm not in it for any short term deal. I have a good nest egg and plan to make it a career. That means the ability to go a year without income in a downturn.

Besides- Cleo said that if I don't make it I can be one of her "pool boys". :D
