Even blacklist for a server change.

Which one of my lists, which blacklist, what domain or e-mail?

I do not blacklist for server moves.

Not my sites ...

just an observation.

and it was on your linklist on the blacklist used by smutgremlins aswell.

Any one of about a dozen sites or more could have done that who use the blacklist.

LB - like Ramster said, there's a lot of link site using that same blacklist.

As far as getting blacklisted for "server change" - you'd have to be a little more specific as to what exactly that means.

Personally I don't find Cleo BL happy, she has not BL'd me yet :)

Luna on the other hand BL'd me 4 times already |scared|

If it was on more then one link lists then it would have been the shared blacklist and had nothing to do with me.

If you going to start a thread accusing me of doing something then you should post some facts and not just accusations.

Get your facts straight before posting or you just end up sounding like an asshole passing gas.

LB - Cleo's right - if they are not your domains, it's none of your business in the 1st place.

Well - I dont know anyone thats more BL happy than me this morning - 20 more domains added to mine - frigging multiple submitters are getting out of hand - with a little whois and Ip info it was easy to pull a bunch of links this morning

I'm very happy with Cleo's site, I have yet to be banned, and I get listed alot, thank you Cleo. Also, her traffic actually converts for me.

Ok I really should have qualified my post. It WAS cleo .. and she has the right to blacklist who she wants.

She has blacklisted almost everyone i know at a certian stage and for some pretty odd reasons. The fact that everyone ends up on that universal blacklist site, and has to appeal it is the problem, and why many don't submit to her. I can't count the number of people who have told me to avoid submitting to her site.

Sure ... I don't do too much freesite stuff, but after yet another free site veteran complained to me about being blacklisted, I thought I would drop a little post :)

I didn't know you had access to the admin for the blacklist & you could see who of the many of us using it put the listing in there :)

Seriously - just because you get a blacklist notification from Cleo does not mean that she put you on there.

I don't let people know they are blacklisted, so if I put someone on there, they could then submit to me & it would look as if it went thru with no problems (when it's actually deleted 2 seconds after they hit submit) They then go to Cleo's & try to submit & get the message & blame her?

Not right.

If you want to PM me a list of the domains that are blacklisted that you & your friends think Cleo put in there, I will go thru it, I will let you know if it was Cleo that put them in there (as long as Cleo says that's ok) I will let you know if I put them in there (I will also review any I put in there) and I will let you know if it was one of the 10+ other people that put them in there (of course, no names for those)

Odds are it was me or Tommy on most of them :D

FYI, My link list checks against more then one black list when someone does a submit to my site. The list you are talking about does not have entries from me so if you find yourself on that list it was not due to me. My site is not one of the sites that can add to the shared ban list.

I do back list a fair amount of webmasters each week. Most of them on there are for redirecting or multiple submits under different names. About the only other way to end up on my private ban list is to keep on submitting with the same problems and not responding to the e-mails that I send out.
