Just because someone can write legibly does not make them a qualified reviewer.
You should be hiring people with experience, open minds, and a solid understanding of how the business works from both sides of the member area.

Lately everybody and their brother is opening a review site. To be found credible by both surfers and paysite owners, your reviewers need to be top notch.

The sad truth is there are alot of crappy pay sites out there, and most reviewers hit the crossroad of either telling the truth and making no sales or telling half-truths and making money. I can count accurate reviews probably on one hand.
