Wordpress template problem

Hi all,

I have a sidebar template issue in one of my blogs. you can see it only in IE. If you open your IE browser and go to www.scoutnj.com you can see that the sidebar always goes to the bottom of the page. I replaced templates and stuff but I cant seem to figure it out. Please help..

Something similar has happened to me when I tried out different templates. If I put something in a post that had greater width than the left column (ie extended into the sidebar), it pushed the sidebar content down. Strangely enough a 100% table did this also, but not 99%.

It's because in some of your posts you have lines too long which extends into the sidebar. Remove or shorten any lines with "********" in your posts and that should fix the problem.

this is a common problem with most CSS, i have been told. if you put something into a column that is too wide for that column, this happens.

figure out what you've got in there that is breaking things and fix or remove it :)
