An Early Happy Tuesday to All
 

Ahhhhh...5AM, that's what I like to see. Early to bed, early to rise. My back hurt so bad yesterday I started laying down at about 4 PM and really never got up.

But, here it is...bright and early and I feel ok for now. It really doesn't start hurting until afternoon. Who knows, I may be doing the ggaj radio network, laying on my couch tonight :)

My mind was hurting all day yesterday, so that's my excuse for laying around all day :D

Good morning all :)

Well - good morning - although its probably afternoon there :) I got up to a wonderful thunderstorm at 4 am and that was followed by the sirens going off for a tornado - been one heck of a morning - looks like we're out of the woods (figuratively - I live right next to the woods) for a while - but supposed to get cold - going down to the 50s :)

BullShit...you know I hurt mine. I never just lay around...that just isn't me. If I stop doing stupid things, I think I will be fine. Today's stupid thing...bending over to check the air pressure on all 6 of the tires on my truck.

OK...back to the heating pad.

I'm waiting for my biking buddies to get here and then we are all riding to the beach. It's 81˚F with not a cloud in the sky, just a beautiful day. :)

Bullshit?

My mind did hurt yesterday - still sorta hurts today.

Hangovers seem to last longer these days then they did back when I was a budding lad :)

Getting old sucks :(

But it does beat not getting old. :)

Cuts and bruises don't heal as fast.

Your nose and ears never stop growing and gravity wants to pull your face around your ankles.

The older you get the more you watch everyone that you care about die and you hope that you are not next.

I never drank, but I've done a hell of a lot of other party goods. These days I just want to take as good care of this body as I can. If I do have a few drinks I feel like shit the next day so I very rarely drink and never do drugs anymore. But damn I sure did have some wild and crazy parties. Funny how our priorities change as we get older. OMG I've turned into my mother.


PS: Biking was great, the beach was beautiful. Makes living here worthwhile even if we do get cooked in our own skin here in the summer.
