any one tried the new dreamweaver

tell me how is it. i haven't checked yet. There are some things they could change for me. But i am very happy with mx so i hope i will also be happy with the new one.

any one worked with it?

I just got it, but haven't had much time to really get into whats different/new/better. The one new thing that i have seen and use is being able to expand/collapse your code, which comes in real handy when working with nested tables. They have also changed how the automatic closing tag works, which I think is an big improvement. Now you start typing the close

I'm a GoLive user but wondering what is going to happen now that Adobe owns both.

Hopefully the keep dreamweaver. I have never used golive, even though I have it installed on my machine at work.

I've used both. I prefer the user interface and site management of GoLive but Dreamweaver has some nice features too. I'm more hoping that the best of both is turned into one application with whatever it gets called.

The new CSS highlighting/editing support is worth the upgrade alone - if you use CSS, that is.

I also like the developers sidebar in code view.

The best new feature is when a file is saved in a diff directory it prompts you befre changing all the paths! :) was waiting for this one
