I submitted two tickets today regarding a problem I am having. I had to reset my password and I have been trying to change my password with no luck.

I'm sure he'll see this soon, but he is in the middle of a Hurricane :(

Hope he is alright.

I don't see him on ICQ.

He lives by me and 98% of us have no power due to the hurricane.

I'll ICQ him so that he sees this thread when he comes online.

DSL died at the house, presumably because we are served by an SLC and the batteries prefer voice communications over DSL. Phone line died about two hours later, thus, no ability to dial in.

I did check your trouble ticket, tested the 'Change Password' function and verified that it did indeed work. I didn't see any failed authentication attempts but left notes in the trouble ticket for you (along with a password that I reset and tested).
