It always good to see an old time team win it all. They won it when Shoeless Joe played right? So was it a curse maybe? ;)

Living in Chicago as New Yorker/Yankee fan can be dangerous...and I get a lot of shit when I see the Yankeees play the sox in Chicago but I'll admit I got some strange warm feeling watching the sox fans celebrate.

SOX deserved it.. They had a killer team.

Maybe next year the Cubies can make peace with the goat and then all the major baseball curses will be broken.

The Indians are the only team in history to take the lead into the 9th inning of the 7th game of the world series and lose the game. If that's not a curse, I don't know what is.

The Bo Sox had the "Babe", the Chi Sox had the "Black Sox" and the Cubies have the "Goat"...Maybe the Indians just need a good name for their curse...:D

The Indians actually look like a really good young team. It should be interesting to see how they do next season.
