Another Question --->
Many of the Link List owners state in their rules that "content must be on the same domain as the rest if the page" I believe this is for preventing putting the content on a free host.
But If I Have content not on free host but on other domain, does that count ? example http://www.pornlucky.com/lesbians holds HTML and the pics are like this : http://www.astercity.net/~grzepa/les...ry_1/DSC03.jpg Would you guys list me ? Cheers Grzegorz |
why you can't put content on same domain?
astercity.net... hmmm ;) i think i know that name... :P |
One of the reasons is to curb hotlinking, which is what you are doing.
Plus, any URL with "~name" is a dead giveaway for a free host. |
Hello,
@GG, well Im hotlinking... but to my own account on a space provided by my ISP which states I can do whatever I want with the 30 mb they provide me. Ok so I guess its a no no ? So Ill move the content for such link lists to my paid host. Cheers |
grzepa - I'm willing to bet that your ISP will close your account as soon as they see you're hosting & hotlinking porn :(
|
@GG Hope your words dont turn to be truth ;)

Link sites owners don't have time to keep records of what is a "good" hotlink and what is a bad one. The ocntent must be on the same domain so that (1) we know you are not hotlinking, and (2) that if the domain is up and the site active, we can assume within reason that the content is still up too. Nothing worse that a site that is up with the content going 404, that can lead to redirects and all sorts of stuff.
Your current setup is doomed to fail. Alex |
@RawAlex I understant and respect these rules. But not all link list sites require the content to be on the same domain. I moved the content to my domain anyway ;)
Cant wait to see GG submission link working again ;) Cheers |
