Findpics moving to partner accounts soon
 

I just want to post this up here as a start. Starting shortly (probably for the 1st of December, 2005) http://www.findpics.net will be moving to a partner account setup. The reasons for these changes are mostly aimed at raising the percentage of sites accepted each day to more reasonable numbers, and to cut down the review time to operate the site.

I have tried other methods to arrive at the same results, but the same small groups people glog up the submit files with sites that have no hope of being listed, breaking simple and clear rules repeatedly and without any seeming concern. I don't want to spend my day filtering out that crap anymore, it makes me no additional income, and takes up time that could be better used to improve and expand my businesses.

The details will be released in a few days. I will tell you that an epassporte account will be required for reasons that will be obvious.

The submit passes to findpics will also permit submits at other properties I own, which will also help to save me some time on those as well.

I have not been able to submit to you for a few weeks now. Anytime I go to submit it tells me to try after 59 minutes and happens at the top of every hour :(

Sy, that is a side note of the points I make above. Similar to Richard's Realm, I have a gateway system to stop submit flooding. However, certain people are abusing that system and literally flooding me with useless submits, taking up all the available "pending" space each hour. (to give you an idea, I accepted less than 20% of the submits I got yesterday).

That system will likely be disabled when I move to partner accounts.

Thank the Goddess for small favors.. i can never keep up with my time frame and have even set my little alarm to go back to submit again only to find .. the quota has been met. |cool|
