What is a - Reason: 800 rule ?
I see it on domain of submiter in my LL

Probably means "sites scroll horizontally at 800x600".

Yup - that means we got sick of seeing you submitting sites that didn't fit at 800 wide.

It's interesting for me how many surfers still have 800x600 resolution? I think this will become the same as 640x480 soon... min will be 1024x768
