And I want to thank all the LL's for listing my sites as well as everyone on this board for the wealth of information, idea's and recommendations. I don't know what the avg is but it took 2 months from my first sub. to sale. Now I've got the motavation back, you'll be getting more submits.

It was the summer of 1970 and I was staying at my friend Steve's parents cottage on the lake in Milton NH for a few weeks.
Steve's younger sister was good friends with this girl who hailed from NY.....whoops you meant your first sale right?
