No, your sites are not blacklisted. They just haven't been reviewed yet. I have a dedicated reviewer for that site. He's chained to his desk 18 hours a day and only gets a couple of 10 minute breaks so he can chug down his ration of stale bread and rancid water before it's back to reviewing.

Hopefully he'll be caught up soon.

Moldy bread will give him more energy then stale bread ;)
Take the stale bread, wet it and leave it in a dark closet for a day or so before you let him have it :)
