Hey does anyone know how to get ahold of them, I sent an e-mail a week ago and no response. I tried calling them today and get the message service.

Talked to them a minute ago everything is working fine on the back end. However due to various e-mail blocking programs etc. there is sometimes a problem with the confirmation e-mails getting through, thus making conversions very low. They are working on this and checking on how to make the confirmation e-mails better.
