Ok. I am a bit confused. What constitutes a blind link and what doesn't. I mean I understand if it says "Click here to get some pussy" but what is not a blind link?

Sorry to steal a thread but I noticed you rejected my site today for cookies.
Its a result of PHPADs which I am using and it uses cookies to record which ads have been displayed and which ones have not (as far as I know). Is this a problem?

I did a search on the board about PHP ADS before I started using it and the only thing I could find was not to use the javascript invocation code but to use the PHP include instead.

I do not allow cookies to be set. Nothing wrong with cookies in themselves but I really don't have the time or desire to be looking into why a cookie is being set and if it is something evil or benign.

The PHP include method does not need to have cookies enabled to display the advert so maybe there is a way of having the program not use cookies.

Dont suppose you have any ideas?

I think you have cookies turned on in order to count impressions but not really sure. I run phpadsnew and it doesn't set cookies.

okay _ I'll have a look into it when I get time. Is there an easy way to find out if I'm setting cookies?

Yeah just tell your browser to warn of cookies

Okay, I think I cracked it:

It was because I had it set not to log ad views if the ad had already been shown.

Wow, that's loading pretty quickly for a site using phpads. I've seen a couple of submitters using that and the ads were pulling in so slowly that the sites loaded badly. Good show.;)

I think they use the javascript method which can be quite slow.
