Is anyone done Christmas Shopping yet?

I still have quite a bit but hope to get it done this week. Just 14 days till Christmas.

i thought i was almost done until my youngest daughter sent me her wishlist.. so it's back to Amazon. I did buy 1 thing off line this year and that was from my neighbor's booth at the store.

I'm almost done..|bananna| All I have to do is run to the mall and get gift certificates for my kids and I'm finished.

I've been done for a few weeks. With four kids now they don't get as much as they used to but at least I'm done shopping! No going to the crazy Wal-Mart for me. |santa|

BTW, this new spell check feature is awesome! |thumb

stuveltje 2005-12-11 11:47 AM

I've accepted the fact that I need to do some Christmas shopping but that's as far as I've gotten.

Bree 2005-12-11 02:39 PM

What's this "shopping" y'all are talking about?

Vrich 2005-12-11 03:04 PM

I began yesterday. As soon as I drove up to the mall and saw 32.7 million cars I remembered why I don't get out much. lol

I did the majority of mine online a couple weeks ago. But I have to go get a few things at the stores. There is no way I am going to our main shopping centre here.. I tried a week or so ago and it was so crowded I got aggro in the first 2 minutes. I don't like ppl and if I can't have my 3 foot buffer space around me I get very tense. So I will finish my shopping at the smaller stores.

hehe I wish I was cos ppl would move out of the way then. Maybe I should shave my head and get some tatts and piercings then they might clear a space.

No gift or shopping here this xmas... I've got a pretty expensive and unsolicited gift (?) from Buddy Christ :(
I don't even want to look at him any more so put him on the bookshelf behind my back.

StaceyJo 2005-12-12 03:11 AM

I did shop last weekend, damn so tired, big crowd, at least I did buy all the things I want... its worth it!!! ;)

Seska 2005-12-12 05:05 PM

About half done. I am going to wait until I have everything before I wrap. I like to do it in one shot. Hopefully, I will be done by the weekend. The bigger deal for me is the cooking. I have a small kitchen and cooking for for the different parties I attend (and host) is more complicated. If I really have my act together I hope to even bake some holiday cookies.
