I live about 50 miles from there and we heard the bangs from it.

Hope nobody got hurt from here!

I live on the south coast, fortunately.
It's incredible that there aren't any fatalities from this.

I got ahold of my sister who lives in northern part of London this evening and asked her about it.

"Huh? Whatcha talking about?"

She hadn't heard or seen anything. She wouldn't even notice if a bomb fell in her lap. Gotta love my sister :D

But it's fortunate that not more people got injured. Lets just hope now that the environmental damage will not be bad. But I don't think so :(

I agree totally - it's a miracle nobody has been seriously hurt with all this.
