I like NY stripe and ribeye medium/medium well - and yes I like those better then Filet Minion.

And one of those super baked potato things and a crown and coke and I'm set |club|

And before anybody mentions it - yes "How do like your steak'

is suppose to be

"How do you like your steak"

and 'Medium Well Done" is suppose to be "Well Done"

Medium Well is my choice! Had a nice Porterhouse last night by the way.

Medium Rare - Rare depending on what place it's at. Some places make rare orders medium rare.

Your right about that - it usually varies from restaurant to restaurant

Unless you are truly a risk taker, you should never order a rare steak at a place you are not 100% comfortable with. You will often get a steak that is just up from "blue".

I am more of a roast beef sort of a guy anyway... :)

A good filet done rare inside but blackened outside ( for those not from the south blackened is a specific type of spicing done) as long as there are a few lobster tails next to it :)

If I'm cooking it myself...medium rare :)

If I'm ordering it in a restaurant...medium.
