I got some bastard putting some crap on my PC and I'd really appreciate some help.

I have gone to a web site and now have a windows media file on my computer and I can't get rid of it....

awesome fucking scene porn sex asians celebs adult fucking anal blow job amateur lesbians gay ****** pornography.asf

weird file name I know ..... any Ideas on how to get rid of it?
