What to do when you screw up?
 

Ok, so I just submitted a site to my list of LL's. Becuase I got distracted by crap going on in the house (Damn school vacations) I submitted mirror # 3 to all the LL's that I intended to submit mirror # 4 of my site to. In other words, 12 LL's with totally incorrect recips.

Would it be best if I try to email them and tell them not to bother with reviewing my site, or just let it go and make damn sure it doesn't happen again? As a LL owner, what would you rather I do (aside from not screwing up in the first place.)?

seriously, if the LL owners in question hang out here, your best bet is to post the url here & they'll be able to either fix it or let you know what to do. If not, then email is good. At least they won't ban your ass :D

Seriously, if there are contact emails, let them know. Submit the correct one tomorrow. Don't be shy, everyone (and I mean everyone) fucks up. (heck, God made the Dodo... everyone has their bad moments).

Why not just place up the correct receips on mirror 3? If you submittied mirror 3 with the wrong recips to a LL then I would think that the recips you had on that mirror got the wrong submit also. So just flip the recips. Pull the table from 3 and put it on 4 and pull the table from 4 and put it on 3.

Mirror 3 was submitted to the correct sites. So I can't replace those recips. My dumb ass just forgot to change the link in roboform before moving on to the next batch.

From a regular submitter I would just delete it and if they caught their mistake and subbed the right one I would list that.

Why not changing the file names of some recip pics so that the pics themselves correspond to TGPs? Could it work?
