Does anybody know why all the SMS billers seem to have closed for registrations?

I was gonna start work on a site with SMS billing this week but cant find any providers with an open registration link... they seem to be 'temporarily closed' any idea why? Is there a future problem her or shall I build the site and add payment later?

Don't know if this is what you were looking for but we offer SMS billing in 11 European countries. It's offered as a trial subscription where the user/pass is valid for 30 mins.
