If you looked around and could find a children's type site that had an affiliate program and linked to that, it might be worth $50. I am talking about a Disney or Nickelodeon type site when I say a "children's type" site.

Or even a Teenagers Type site..but not Adult, ever. If you are sending traffic to an adult site...STOP. If you are thinking about it....DON'T.

I have not looked at the site but any Mandy Moore site is going to draw more underage children than adults. And the adults it draws, are not the type I want to do business with.

LEASING? How do we know you won't simply do whatever you want with the domain. By NOT owning and controling the domain you could take the domain and do anything you want with it.

It is obvious you are not experienced in Adult and that is totally fine. But noone will lease a domain from you at all. Selling advertising maybe but your site features UNDER 18 and this is ADULT. So that is illegal.
