Holiday spam
 

Did anyone notice any slow down of spam in their inbox over the holidays? I mean, the holidays are still on more or less.

I didn't notice one bit of difference. Possibly even an increase.

I guess most of my spam comes from Americans (I know differently) since the amount of my spam decreased by about 30% for the 24th and the 25th |bananna|

I was thinking of that when I came down after dinner on Sunday to read my mail....same piles of crap in my spam folder.

I did notice a bit of a decrease in spam over the weekend, fewer penny stock tips and ads for fake Rolex watches. Back to usual levels now though.

Never really noticed. I leave my email client open all day and delete and filter messages as they come in. I hate spammers!

If there was a slowdown, I didn't notice it. Still the same old rolex watches, stocks, viagra and other bullshit! Fuckers! |bigfuckin

I did notice a bit of a slowdown but not much. I think the server is doing a good job stopping them before I get them.

I had the most in a month on the 26th, Christmas was about avg.

I don't know about E-mail spam (the filter gets most of it) but I got a phone call from a web host the other day offering me me a great deal! I would like to know which service sold them my phone number.

Spam in my boxes has been on the rise for weeks...think I may have pissed someone off :D

Amy body else reading this thread get hungry every time MrYums name shows besides spam?
