Also hit by this bot "The Python Robot" - Not sure if this has something to do with it.

always blaming the russian but i see those in my stats too

Nahhh all i'm saying is that i know about a friend of mine who is gathering galleries from everywhere to make a gallery pool and he is russian that's all. His spider is all over the place but it's no search engine

I can make a reasonably educated guess. The first long number is the perl 'Time' value in seconds and the second number is a camera id number, as used by various traffic cam systems. I once had the dubious honour to do some work for Siemens Traffic Systems. Mind you I suspect other systems have hit on the same format.
