Ok I do strugle alot with free sites and getting them listed. I understand that I need to change the links table to suit before submitting.
Is the general lay out OK ?

Also how many of you guys use FTV Girls hosted free sites?

That top metart banner add has what I would consider clickable thumbs that don't lead to images.

But more importantly, that's not really a standard free-site. Standard free-sites normally have an index/warning page that links to a main page with 2 gallery links, and each gallery page contains between 10-15 pictures.

Now I've seen what you have there work, but the one time I did see that type of free site work, the guy asked the LL owners ahead of time if they would accept such a site.

If you want to build standard free-sites it's easy. Go to any linklist and browse their listings to see what others have done -- don't steal the designs -- and get a basic understanding of the layout. Ignore the free-sites on the linklists that don't have recip tables, as those are sponser hosted free sites that don't need to follow the rules.

After you've surfed for a while, you'll probably get an idea of how a standard free-site looks. And if you are not getting accepted with standard sites then I sure as hell wouldn't try a non-standard one! Good luck! |thumb

Listen to what Preacher said, it's good advice. The only thing you really need to do to make your site conform to the standard freesite concept is put a main page between the warning page and galleries, but I would have a problem with the inconsistency in design of the gallery pages and the index.

As far as using FTV Girls hosted freesites I'm sure many LL owners use them. As a submitter you shouldn't even think about it, it's a no-no.

BTW, the 2257 page has links to the sponsor site which will get you rejected many places.

I also agree ....the one thing too is that (although this site looks pleasing) you have too many galleries on this one. Generally as stated, most will average 2 galleries per free site -- some will do 3 and to have at least 10 pics on each. You have enough galleries here for three sites.

For your next sites, I'd definitely keep a good clean design going as you have, but it was also mentioned that you have clickable thumbs in your header which is something you dont' want to have...although I can understand your attempt.

As a side note, I am a fan of met-art and other similiar sites....which is content that I would like to see fill up our Softcore category.

I was asking more about FTV girls hosted free sites to see if the people who used them found they converted and liked that style.

It's not a standart free site. So I don't think linklists will list it. Probably this article will help you: |spam| ;)

In addition to the spot on comments of Preacher, Lemmy and Goonie...you may want to re-consider building free sites on the root of your domains. You should get more se leverage on those domains by building multiple free sites on each...with a hub at the root...then interlinking the root hubs |thumb
