What's a good CTR to a sponsor link on a free site?

It is completely different for everyone and also depends on the niche so there is no way to answer this.

Are there any examples out there of certain sites that do well?

I understand that a great site can get excellent results if submitted to 100 sites and the same site can get poor results if submitted to 100 different sites.

Just curious if anyone would like to share results from personal experiences.
