My right shoulder hurts a little today, last week it was my left one. Guess it's time to start sitting up straight behind my PC.

Other than that I'm trying to learn some things about RSS, that might come in handy sometime.

Feeling human again, guess that means it is time to party again. :D

Saw the hand doctor yesterday. Things are going well but it seems I'm not done. Tomorrow I start ultrasound therapy to breakup scar tissue that has formed between my skin and tendon and I still have to continue wearing s splint at night while sleeping.

Doing the gym once I'm awake. Other than that just going to do some work and maybe do something with my neighbor.

Morning/afternoon! I'm truly now a slacker! Have not been getting as much done as I used too. That has to change! Taking my dog to the vet she won't eat and is very depressed, and can't walk on her back leg the poor baby|cry| We think she is depressed and not eating because my daughter and grandson moved out. She played with my grandson everyday, and was always at his side. I think she misses him really bad.

Cleo what do you at gym at the moment? Are you getting one huge arm because you can't do much with the other?

And Holly, what the hell is Crapspackle day?? I saw you talk about it last week and meant to ask lol.

I'm back to my normal routine. 25 minutes on the treadmill doing a brisk walk. About 45 minutes doing resistance weight machines mostly lower body like legs and waist with just a bit of upper body stuff. I usually finish off with a vigorous 5 minutes on the stairmaster.

Wow I have really got to get my ass into gear and start doing gym again. It looks like your hand hasn't stopped you much... hehe if it was me it would be another excuse to get out of it lol.
