Was planning to add Jurbi to my linklist list but on the webmaster page it says at the bottom that no submissions are being accepted anymore while on top of the page it states that submissions are re-opened?
Please forgive me for my ignorance and enlighten me :)

I opened it to submissions.. with some strict rules... but all I got was garbage auto submissions and crap from webmasters that cant read plain english.... So I closed it again.. It is now only open to partners and friends.
