using sponsor geo-targeted ads on freesites

I ran a search and couldn't find anything.. I know everything on your site should be hosted on your server, but what about sponsor hosted geo-targeted ads? I've never tried using them, but I'd like to if it doesn't get my site rejected everywhere.

Just one major logistical hurdle. Those ads require the use of an IFRAME, which most LL's (and TGP's) do not allow.

What if its just a .jpg hosted on the sponsors server?

You cannot link images from anyone else. We have not way and no time to go look. If you pull images from a third party, we have to assume a hot link and you are done.

The problem is that, just like free hosts, there are some good ones & then there are the unknown ones that people are weary of trusting. So, using the ever popular "broad stroke" philosophy that us Link List owners love to use, not too many accept them.

I think that when you become a link list owner, you get the maniditory broad brush to work with.

We don't do good work in the corners.
