there's just been another pr update
 

I just notice the google has updated pr again. Happily, www.jays-xxx-links.com went back up to PR6. I was kind of dissapointed last month when it fell to pr5 again, and there's a lot of things that I've done to that site that make me feel it definently deserves its PR6. Even better, a lot of the inside categories have risen to an, unheard of pr5! and some of them to even pr6! Which is great news for my internal hits and for those of you who have your sites listed with me because the pr will be passed along to your site.

It's only 10am, but I think I'm going to start drinking to celebrate.|bananna|

Definitely a beautiful PR update.

Lets see how long it lasts, and how inflated it is. Last big upward PR update didn't seem to have an accompanying increase in traffic.

I am seeing some ups and downs, some nice PR gains for new sites that I have put together in the last couple of weeks, but no real effect on the SERPs yet, from what I see.

Anyone got a Jordan Capri or Tawnee index page they want to trade on? Root of the site, please (target page to target page!)

Looks like the normal PR and backlinks update from their rolling updates - looks like some of the SERPs are affected but that is probably just the everflux from the normal fresh results they do all of the time - I did notice the fresh results are letting a lot of people that lost some big positions to come back up though :)

Just a guess -- dare I speculation (ok - D Dave) - that it will be a bit before this PR update is reflected in SERPS.

This is a little soon for a PR upadte, plus getting crawled (going on as well - heavily) at the same time -- if you've been shocked by Google in the last few weeks...I think it has only really just begun. I have solid reasons for believing that...LOL.

My opinion... this PR update... is the end of the major update and possibly a slight return to normality.

I have absolutely no idea what is going on with Google.

Everything I am measuring from makes no sense whatsoever.

Backward links have changed and PR has increased on one domain for no reason I can see. Also Yahoo! directory & Google directory listings are now showing in backward links where they were not showing before.

I believe Google is making another stab at a continual update - over the once a month thing.

The only sites that get into the serps daily is the real news related sites.

Funny story:

I had advance wanting that the Paris Hilton Sex Tape was coming out, so I placed my Paris page up months before when there was no competition. When the news hit the media, people started searching for it, and there my page was at #1. At the time I didn't have a sponsor for her, so I left my normal hardcore banners up. People hit my page couldn't find the video, and apparently clicked banners, becasue that was my highest sales ever - like $3,000 in 48 hours.

Once the story hit all of the legit pages, my site was 6 or 7 pages deep in 6the serps - under CNN, ABC, Fox ect and the gravy train was over, but it was sweet while it lasted.
