CCBill login problems?
 

I've been unable to login to my CCBill account for about a week now. I've sent them about 10 mails so far and everything they suggest (clearing cache/cookies, changing IE security settings, turning off my AV, trying to login using FF, etc...) isn't working :(

Anybody having the same problem or have any idea what's causing this? This is a real pain cause I can't login to get the linking codes I need |banghead|

I checked stats on my CCBill accounts this afternoon and the other day, with no problem.

On occasion I've gotten my link codes off sponsor FHG's, is that will work for you, just a thought.

try and call them. i never have to wait for someone to answer. I know after a few mistakes your ip is blocked. you have to call to have them release it.

They did block my IP a few days ago but unblocked it and I'm still unable to log in

Ya, the block only lasts for like a half-hour, if I remember right.

Agreed, But there was one time I had an issue with them where it would not remove for some reason. I spent a good portion of my afternoon getting it unblocked. Either way I would call and get this issues fixed...
